Synopsis:
In a flashback, the Byrdes are in their minivan discussing an anticipated FBI meeting when they are nearly hit by an oncoming truck and roll over. Navarro’s guests enjoy his party in the present, while Marty and Wendy clean up Helen’s blood in a bathroom.
Navarro informs them during the party that they are celebrities since they got the FBI to bust the Lagunas cartel. Navarro presents his nephew Javier, who wants to take over as leader, and wonders how they’ll persuade Darlene to stop selling heroin; they claim they’re taking it slowly because of Darlene’s ties to Sheriff Nix.
Ruth receives Ben’s ashes from Jonah. Navarro tells Marty and Wendy that Javi is eager to take over and will kill them all if he detects weakness. Navarro requests that the Byrdes negotiate a compromise that will allow him to retire without fear of prosecution.
Wendy refuses, but Marty agrees to give it a shot. Mel Sattem, a private detective, tries to track down Helen so she can sign divorce proceedings. On Sattem’s advice, Nix goes to Helen’s house, where he meets Javi. Javi assassinates Nix and then sends his remains to the Byrdes for cremation.

Synopsis
Maya gives birth to her child and goes on maternity leave. Leigh Guerrero, the sheriff of a neighbouring county, is Nix’s temporary replacement. Javi instructs Marty to clean Helen’s house in order to conceal proof of Nix’s death, and Javi is forced to flee when Guerrero comes and interrogates Marty.
In exchange for a donation to the Byrdes’ philanthropic foundation, the Byrdes sell heroin to a Chicago-based pharmaceutical company looking to minimize expenses on raw materials.
Wendy plans to use the foundation to rig elections and bribe politicians in order to increase the Byrdes’ power. Ruth joins Darlene’s team and collaborates with a star chef and casino patron to convince his buddies to use Darlene’s heroin.
Darlene dislikes the idea of marketing her heroin as a “hipster” product and declines to participate in Ruth’s plan. Wendy confronts Ruth about Ben’s ashes.
With Nix unable to provide protection for Frank Cosgrove Sr.’s trucks, he declines to distribute Darlene’s heroin. Jonah remains upset with Wendy because of Ben’s death and begins laundering money for Ruth and Darlene.
Maya stays with the Byrdes so she can respond immediately when Navarro is ready to meet. When Navarro calls, Maya decides not to go, but Wendy persuades her to make the trip.

Synopsis
Maya explains what the FBI expects from a bargain, including prison time, on board Navarro’s plane. Wendy constructs an outside Ben shrine, which she displays to Charlotte and Jonah. Jonah dismisses the overture and returns to doing laundry for Ruth and Darlene until Wendy shuts off the lights in the basement.
Ruth rekindles her scheme to distribute Darlene’s heroin through famous chef Kerry Stone at the Lazy-O motel she recently purchased.
Darlene is furious until she realizes the amount of money they made. Erin informs Charlotte that her father hired Mel and that she is unable to locate Helen. Jonah returns to the Lazy-O to finish his laundry.
Charlotte contacts Erin in Chicago and suggests Helen is dead before reminding Erin to keep quiet about Helen’s actions.
Marty meets with Clare Shaw, the CEO who plans to purchase Navarro’s heroin, and Javier joins them. Wendy tries to persuade Senator Schafer, a former political foe, to join the Byrdes’ foundation board of directors. Marty overhears Javi talking about a pending weapons transaction.
Allowing it to be interdicted, he tells Navarro, will create credibility with the FBI. Javi receives a call at dinner with the Byrdes notifying him that the guns have been intercepted.

Synopsis
Wendy holds a news conference to promote the Byrdes’ foundation’s plans to build drug treatment centers and solicit sympathy by stating Ben is gone as a result of a long-term drug addiction. Ruth hires Sam to handle the Lazy-O because he is out of money and barred from the casino.
Javier informs Marty that the FBI had captured three more heroin shipments while delivering a supply to the Shaw company. Ruth takes Kerry and his friends to the casino.
Ruth stops Kerry from overdosing with a Narcan shot. Darlene kills Kerry’s driver after a blackmail attempt, despite Ruth’s assurances that the overdose will not be traced to her.
Mel travels to North Carolina to see Wendy and Ben’s father, who claims Ben was never addicted to drugs. Ruth is questioned by Sheriff Guerrero about the overdose.
Wendy leads her to Ruth and Darlene when she queries the Byrdes later. Javi receives police body camera footage from recent seizures and discovers Maya. Marty believes it’s just a coincidence, but Javi refuses to sell to the Shaws until the Navarro cartel’s mole is found.
Marty offers to buy all of Ruth and Darlene’s heroin as a stopgap.

Synopsis
Mel is a police detective who is caught snorting illegal drugs in a flashback. Clare agrees to buy Ruth and Darlene’s heroin in the present.
Darlene, unbeknownst to Ruth, persuades Frank Jr. to distribute it. Wendy accuses Jonah of being behind the missing person posters for Ben, which Jonah explains are the work of Darlene.
Mel informs the Byrdes that he spoke with Wendy’s father Nathan and that Ben murdered Helen. Senator Schafer offers Wendy an FBI file in exchange for joining the board of her nonprofit. Marty and Ruth try to reclaim the heroin from two dealers that Frank sold it to.
The first offers them a higher price, but the second rejects. Wendy notifies the sheriff about Ben’s disappearance. Darlene learns that Jonah witnessed his parents with Sheriff Nix’s body.
Schafer says he learned from the file that his grandson, who invented election-rigging software, is not being investigated.
Ruth persuades the second dealer to sell, allowing Marty to finish the transaction with Clare. While bickering with Wendy, Darlene had a heart attack and Wendy hesitates to call for aid.

Synopsis
Maya organizes a raid on another Navarro shipment, but the driver accidentally detonates a device, resulting in deaths. Navarro informs Wendy that Javier was the perpetrator.
Darlene is in the hospital after a heart attack, and she accuses Ruth of selling their heroin to Marty without telling her. Wendy asks Darlene to stop Jonah’s money laundering, but Darlene refuses.
Wendy begs Jim to represent the Byrdes in court. A senior manager interrupts a meeting between Marty, Maya, and her supervisor to say that the FBI will only deal with Navarro after proof that he was not behind the attack.
Navarro informs Javier that he is leaving the company.
Marty getting Javier’s confession to the bombing is recorded by the FBI. Javi greets Jim and informs him that he works for the Byrdes, not the cartel.
Darlene kills Frank Sr. after he confronts her about using Frank Jr. to distribute her drugs. Ruth tells Frank Jr. about Frank Srdeath .’s in the hopes that he will retaliate, and Wyatt agrees to leave Missouri with Ruth.
Wendy plots to have Jonah jailed and Zeke removed from Darlene’s care, knowing that juveniles are not punished seriously. Wyatt proposes to Darlene in order to help get Zeke back. The FBI agrees to talk about Navarro’s terms of surrender.

Synopsis
Marty recalls his former business partner Bruce mocking Marty’s average life. Wyatt tells Ruth he is marrying Darlene; Ruth asks Frank Jr. not to kill Darlene.
The FBI lays down unexpected terms to Navarro; in exchange for immunity, he must remain as cartel head for five years and provide intelligence. Maya is incensed that her supervisors lied about their intent. Navarro accepts and prepares to return to Mexico, but Maya and local police arrest him.
Marty suggests the FBI make the same deal with Javier. Javier tricks Marty into coming to Jim’s house, then beats him

Synopsis
Marty is directed by Javi to clean up the murder site of Darlene and Wyatt, but Marty discovers that cops have already arrived. Ruth begs Jonah and Charlotte for information, and Charlotte informs her that Javi will be meeting Marty, Wendy, and Clare at Shaw Medical in Chicago the next day.
Ruth receives a photograph of Javi from Jonah’s business school yearbook. As Marty, Wendy, and Javi come for the meeting, Ruth observes. On behalf of his mother Camila, Javi begs Clare for stock options in Shaw Medical.

Synopsis
Marty tries to persuade Wendy that Javi’s death jeopardizes their FBI arrangement, but Wendy is adamant about salvaging the family’s future.
Wendy plots to have Navarro deported to Mexico to reclaim control of the cartel, despite FBI SAC Hannah Clay’s recommendation that the Byrdes go into witness protection. They must first remove Navarro off the government’s SDN list, according to Clay.
Navarro is furious at first when he learns about Javi’s murder, but eventually agrees to Wendy’s plan, taking responsibility for Javi’s death in order to reclaim cartel status.
Marty makes the decision to travel to Mexico to temporarily take over the cartel’s operations.

Synopsis
Ben’s final moments before his execution are depicted in a flashback, when he discovers Wendy has abandoned him and Nelson is about to execute him.
Ben urges Nelson to inform Wendy that he forgives her before he dies. Marty arrives at Navarro’s property in Mexico in the present and carries out Navarro’s plan to take control of the cartel before Navarro’s lieutenants form a rival faction. In prison, Navarro survives an assassination attempt but is incapacitated.
Marty examines the accounts of the lieutenants and realizes that Arturo has been skimming.
Camila confides in Marty that Arturo admired Javi’s power and most likely orchestrated the assassination attempt on Navarro’s life. Marty tortures Arturo, who continually denies responsibility before confessing to relieve his suffering.

Synopsis
Marty returns from Mexico and Wendy tells him someone is blocking their attempt to remove Navarro from the SDN list. Marty realizes that since Camila is the only one with whom he shared details of the extradition plan, she must be behind the attempt to kill Navarro and the effort to keep him on the list.
Ruth visits Rachel in Miami and convinces her to join forces to take over the casino. Wendy rejects their offer, but Ruth learns that as Wyatt’s legal guardian she has claim to his estate, including Darlene’s casino shares.

Synopsis
Marty and Wendy’s bail is posted by Charlotte and Jonah. Ruth and Rachel propose that Rachel purchase Charles Wilkes’ casino stock in her name.
Wilkes is eager to get even with Wendy, so he agrees to sell. He also introduces Ruth to a judge who may wipe Ruth’s criminal record, allowing her to control the casino in her own name.
Acting sheriff Wycoff informs Ruth that someone has been caught for the deaths of Darlene and Wyatt; Ruth pays him a visit in jail and feels horrible for allowing him to go free.
Mel tells Nathan that the cartel most likely killed Ben with Marty and Wendy’s knowledge. Nathan asks the family court for custody of Jonah and Charlotte so he can take them to North Carolina.

Synopsis
Ruth and Rachel have taken over the casino, Marty discovers. Ruth refuses to continue laundering money, despite the fact that he tells her that the casino is a cartel operation.
Wendy makes a threat against Rachel, but Ruth stands firm. Despite Marty’s misgivings, Wendy decides to name Camila the cartel’s permanent leader. Camila agrees to a deal with the FBI but insists on meeting with her brother one last time.

Wendy learns from Jim that the foundation board now has a long list of high-profile benefactors. Nathan refuses her offer of $2 million to leave the Ozarks without Jonah and Charlotte.

Synopsis

The Byrdes survive a vehicle accident while driving home from the hospital. Camila is a target for Navarro, so he plots against her. To complete their agreement, Camila and the FBI meet with the Byrdes, Ruth, and Rachel.
