Storyline of The Man of God Netflix Nollywood movie
The Man of God Nollywood movie begins with Young Samuel Obalolu (Character played by Nifemi Lawal) who watches his father- Reverend Josiah Obalolu (character played by Jude Chukwuma) preach and adopt the traditional form of praying by asking âThe airplane of the enemy to crush into the seaâ.
He takes in these sermons but doesnât seem to find them spiritual, or he doesnât find his father spiritual enough.
The Man of God movie presents a situation where pastors are spiritual fathers to others but find it hard to give their own children the kind of fathering experience they deserve.
In The Man of God 2022 Nollywood Movie, Young Sam is beaten severally by his father when he sneaks out during sermons.
His mother tries to intervene but itâs to no avail. The preaching has no effect on Young Samuel, and he grows up to become what his father would not like to have seen.
Now a grown up man, Samuel Obalolu (Character played by Akah Nnani) does everything a stereotypical guy does in University.

In The Man of God Nollywood movie, Samuel drinks, smokes and womanizes.
He meets three women who are close to him.
Teju (Character played by Osas Ighodaro) is the woman that invites him to fellowship meetings, Rekya (Character played by Dorcas Sola Fapson) is his girlfriend with whom he has a complicated romantic relationship with, and Joy (Atlanta Bridget Johnson) is a music lover who loves gospel music and is a Christian.
In The Man of God Nollywood Netflix Movie, Samuel finally decides to be in a relationship with Joy.
Teju does not really like this because she likes Samuel.
But Joy and Samuelâs relationship would soon hit the rocks when Joyâs pastor deems Samuel a two-timing Christian.
The Man of God Nollywood movie indicates that Samuel may actually be in love with Joy because he does everything possible to show her he is all in.
Meanwhile, Joy goes for service and doesnât call Samuel again.
She eventually marries someone else.
At this stage of The Man of God Nollywood Movie, they graduate and Samuel meets Joy again (who has erstwhile dropped out of school).
She now deals drug and wants Sam to come in on that lifestyle too.
Not only does Samuel deal drugs, he keeps Joy as his side-chick and eventually marries Teju.
Pursuing the occupation of his father, Samuel decides to start a ministry with Teju. They enjoy all the good things of life- expensive cars, trips, nice houses and attention.
But the worst happens soon as they face imminent exposure of their lifestyles.
The Man of God Netflix Nollywood movie is the struggle to reconcile relationship with hustle and faith.
