Who won the Headies Next Rated Award?
BNXN won The Headies Next Rated Award at the 15th Headies Award. He was nominated alongside Ayra Starr, Zinoleesky, Lojay and Ruger
The unsaid thing on people’s lips now is who might be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner.
This year’s nomination for the Headies next Rated award 2022 is just too tight. We have Zinoleesky, BNXN, Lojay, Ayra Starr and Ruger.
This article is a prediction article that focuses on weighing the options and determining who might be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner.
Let’s examine each of the artists and see what favors them.
First, we need to understand that the Headies next rated 2022 winner will be determined based on public voting.
This means that the greatest factor is the amount of votes a single artist is able to push, and that is what will make such a nominated artist the Headies next rated 2022 winner.
1) Ayra Starr
Ayra Starr came into the industry in 2020. Within those two years, she has released an EP and an album.
She has been on tour and she has garnered millions of followers online who truly love her sound. The truth is that Ayra Starr has all the makings to be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner.
She has the fans, which is the greatest factor when it comes to being the Headies next rated award 2022 winner.
Besides, she is signed to the most successful and powerful record label in Nigeria- Mavin Records.
She has even debuted on Billboard Next Big Sound
Therefore, the truth is that Ayra Starr has an 80% chance of being the Headies next rated 2022 winner.

2) Zinoleesky
We cannot deny it. Zinoleesky is a hit machine. He’s had successful years roll-out in his music career and he is a killer collaborator on singles.
He’s also had hit songs like “Loving you“, “Kilo”, “Money” and “Rocking“.
Zinoleesky is more like an artist that has the street-cred. If it were based on 50% voting and 50% board voting decision, Zinoleesky would be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner.
He has fans, but not enough as Ayra Starr does. Ayra Starr has more followers on Instagram and Twitter than he does. On music streaming platforms, Ayra Starr has more streaming numbers than he does.
But Zinoleesky has that street cred.
The facts therefore point to Zinoleesky having an 85% chance of being the Headies next rated 2022 winner
3) Ruger
Ruger’s most successful hits are: “Dior”, “Snapchat” and “Bounce“, and his music is as intoxicating as his song delivery is.
Ruger has his amount of fans and he is well-known in the music industry. And the thing is, he has more fans than Zinoleesky does.
He even has more streams than both Ayra Starr and Zinoleesky. If anyone should be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner between the three of them, it should be Ruger, at least, based on public voting.
But we all know that the amount of sheer popularity that Zinoleesky and Ayra Starr enjoy has been a little more than Ruger’s own.
So, this article is giving Ruger a 70% chance of being the Headies next rated 2022 winner.
4) Lojay
Could Lojay be the Headies next rated award 2022 winner?
Lojay has had only one viral hit single, “Monalisa“, which has earned millions of streams on streaming platforms.
The song has been doing really well and has even earned a remix with American singer/Rapper Chris Brown.
But apart from this, the truth is that Lojay does not really have another big song like “Monalisa”.
Don’t get it wrong, he has other songs that are really good, and have their number of streams, but not like Monalisa.
This is not the only thing that doesn’t give Lojay an edge. He doesn’t have as many streams, followings and viral popularity as either Zinoleesky, Ayra Starr or Ruger do.
Therefore, Lojay has a 50% chance of being the Headies next rated 2022 winner
5)Â BNXN
They always say “Save the best for the last“, and that is exactly what we have done. BNXN has come so far in the music industry.
He has the clout, the following, the streams and the viral popularity. This is all based on how good he his, his viral hit “Finesse” with Pheelz and the fact that he changed his name to “BNXN” earlier this year.
If anyone has a greater chance of being the Headies next rated award 2022 winner, it’s BNXN. BNXN has the fans, he has the streams, he has the following, and he has the clout to go with it.
It’s like everything this guy sings goes viral and he trends on Twitter at least seven times a month.
However, Ayra Starr has more followers than BNXN does, but still, there is a very greater chance that people vote more for BNXN than they do Ayra Star.
Therefore, BNXN has a 90% chance of being the Headies next rated award 2022 winner
