In a few years time, this actress is going to be the talk of the Nigerian Acting Industry; and that is just limiting anyways. Why? Because she is talented. And no, i don’t mean the kind of talent that you watch on TV and say “Oh, she is not bad”, it’s the kind of talent you watch and say “Wow! I wish i could work with her”

Believe me, there are some kind of talented people that you will want to work with even if it is not your field!

Acting Career

Gbubemi Ejeye ( Full name: Oritsegbubemi Temitope Ejeye) is a Nigerian actress. It will be quite hasty to say when exactly she started her acting career. She started by doing stage performances and did performance alongside some cast on Breast Cancer (“Color me Pink”) in November 2018 at Terra kulture.

Afterwards, she appeared in a film on IrokoTV titled “Physical evidence” which entails the story of a successful career lady who is haunted by a traumatic childhood experience.

Gbubemi would later go on to work as a crew member on a film titled “In the Jungle” which was selected to be part of a program for Artisan Festival International (World Cinema Initiative).

After this, she appeared in a short film titled “Rickety” and started starring in Ndani TV’s series titled “Oga Pastor”. She then appeared in the cover art and music video for Tiwa Savage’s “49-99” which was released in 2019.

Consequently, she starred in her first Nigerian cinematic movie “Who’s the boss?” a box-office success which starred movie stars Funke-Akindele and Sharon Ooja.

She appeared as “Rachael” in the popular Netflix movie titled “Citation” A Kunle-Afolayan film. She then went on to star in “Anywhere but home”.

“One Lagos night” (Starring Frank Donga and Eniola Badmus)

Around July 2021, Gbubemi featured in an ad by GT Bank to denounce the activities of Phishers who defraud people.

Her acting, delivery and expression were highly praised.
