Damilola must have been writing this book in her spare time; when she is not filming or attending to her lip gloss line deliveries and orders, or in fact, taking care of her son- which she seems to do very much.
“Reset” will also touch on how we can actually “reset” our mental health and well being by taking care of our body; especially through working out as Damilola herself is a gym enthusiast .
“Reset” will also see us get a little, or even more of her personal life as she uses them to solidify her stance or better still- give advice in the book. You can’t write a self-help book without showing how the advice you are giving has helped you and why exactly you are in the right position to give such advice.
“Reset: Mind Body Approach To A New You” will soon be released to the general public when the date is announced by its author. The mode of acquiring the book will also be made known.
Her book launch was attended by well-known celebrities such as Mai Atafo, Ayo Makun, Nancy Isime, Laura Ikeji, Sharon Ooja, Chigul and Ini-dima Okojie.
We can’t wait for “Reset!” Kudos to Damilola on this one!
