Lateef Adedimeji as Gbotija
Gbotija is a major Jagun jagun cast- a young warrior who has the power to invoke the power of the trees and leaves. He came to train as a warrior under Ogundiji and becomes a threat to his supreme reign. He would later fall in love with Ogundiji’s daughter- Kitan.
Femi Adebayo as Ogundiji
Femi Adebayo is the major Jagun Jagun cast. He is an almighty warrior who has an army of warriors at his beck and call. Ogundiji is brutal and loves being unchallenged. He would later die at the hands of his wife.
Bukunmi Olauwashina as Kitan
Another Jagun Jagun cast is Bukunmi Oluwashina, who plays the role of Ogundiji’s adopted daughter. Apparently, in one of his wars, Ogundiji brought her home because he noticed she had a spiritual energy. He would later turn her spirit to a demon slayer- Agemo and beckon on her spirit to kill his enemies.
Fathia Balogun-Williams as Erinfunto
Erinfunto is another Jagun Jagun cast that plays the role of Ogundiji’s wife. She is also a powerful woman. She kills Ogundiji when she learns that he has a son from another woman and has killed Kitan- her adopted daughter. She dies in the process of killing him.
Odunlade Adekola as Jigan
Jigan is a minor Jagun Jagun cast who wades war against one of the kingdoms protected by Ogundiji, he would later lose his hand and his life when Ogundiji appears.

Synopsis: About Jagun Jagun: The Warrior Netflix Movie
Jagun Jagun: The Warrior Movie centers on a notorious warlord- Ogundiji (Character played by Femi Adebayo) who reigns supreme and has a number of warriors at his beck and call. Ogundiji is well-versed in the ways of war and his skills are unmatchable. That is, until a Young Warrior threatens his reign and desires a very beautiful young woman in the village- Kitan, Character played by Bukunmi Oluwashina.
Jagun Jagun has amazing cinematography and action. The movie contains gory action scenes of war and the tumult a village faces following these unpredictable events. It bears similar action and cinematography to Femi Adebayo’s own hit movie- “King Of Thieves“. Although it is not an official sequel, viewers might find similarity in themes and visuals between Jagun Jagun: The Warrior and King of Thieves

About the filmaker
Adebayo began acting in 1985, the same year he featured in his father’s first movie titled Ogun Ajaye.
Adebayo has starred in over 500 Nigerian films, winning four awards as Best Yoruba actor at the 17th African Film Awards popularly known as Afro Hollywood awards at the Stratford Town Hall in London.
He also won an award in the same category for the Best of Nollywood Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria Awards in 2012.Adebayo has a long list of movies to his credits, which includes the Sonto Alapata, Wura Ati Fadaka, Ma Wobadan and Buga, among others. He is the MD/CEO of J-15 media network Nigeria.
Adebayo signed a deal with a digital TV platform, StarTimes as her ambassador.
In 2022 Femi Adebayo was nominated for Best Actor in A Comedy (AMVCA)
In July 2022, he was named as the ambassador for Kubanah whisky along with some other Nollywood actors.
Adebayo attended the C&S College, Ilorin, Kwara State for his secondary school education. He then went to the University of Ilorin, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in law. He later earned a master’s degree in law at the University of Ibadan.
Adebayo was born on 31 December 1978 in Lagos, southwest Nigeria. His father, who is a veteran Nigerian actor Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello), hails from Ilorin, Kwara State
