Synopsis
The Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, and Third Sister (Reva Sevander) discover a surviving Jedi, Nari, on Tatooine ten years after Order 66, when the majority of the Jedi Order was murdered. Reva becomes enraged and attempts to murder him, prompting the Grand Inquisitor to intervene and allowing Nari to flee.
Reva’s carelessness and fixation with finding another surviving Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi, who, unbeknownst to them, is also on Tatooine, earns the Grand Inquisitor’s disfavor. Kenobi works at a meat factory under the alias “Ben” and keeps an eye on a young Luke Skywalker, the son of his former apprentice-turned-enemy Anakin Skywalker.
He is plagued by memories of his past, and he is unable to contact with his former master Qui-Gon Jinn via the Force.
Kenobi declines to assist Nari, and his body is later discovered hanging in town. On Alderaan, Anakin’s daughter Leia is kidnapped by Vect Nokru’s gang, a group of bounty hunters hired by Reva to lure Kenobi.
Leia was adopted by Kenobi’s acquaintance Senator Bail Organa. Organa contacts Obi-Wan Kenobi and begs him to assist in the rescue of Leia. Kenobi initially refuses, but after meeting with Organa personally, he agrees.

Synopsis
Kenobi meets con man Haja Estree, who poses as a Jedi, after pursuing the kidnappers to the planet Daiyu. Kenobi is directed to Leia’s location by Haja, where he defeats the kidnappers and saves her. When the Grand Inquisitor hears of their presence, he shuts down the city.
Reva disobeys instructions to stand down and posts a new bounty on Kenobi, inciting mercenaries to target him and Leia all across the city. When Leia knows they’re looking for Kenobi, she loses faith in him and flees. Leia falls off a roof with mercenaries trying to kill them, and Kenobi protects her with the Force, earning her confidence.
Haja locates them and directs them to an unguarded freight port where they can flee, but he is powerless to stop Reva from pursuing them.
Reva tells Kenobi that Anakin, whom he thought was dead, is still alive and well as Darth Vader. When the Grand Inquisitor arrives to capture Kenobi, Reva stabs him with her lightsaber, allowing Kenobi and Leia to flee unintentionally. Vader awakens in a bacta tank on Mustafar.

Synopsis
Reva is assigned to find Kenobi by Vader, who promises to advance her to Grand Inquisitor if she succeeds. Kenobi and Leia’s transport arrives on the mining planet Mapuzo, where they will meet up with Haja. They take a ride aboard Imperial transport after finding no one around.
They are discovered and Imperial troops are dispatched to apprehend them, but they are assisted by Tala, a female Imperial officer who is a member of an underground network that shelters Empire-hunted dissidents and outlaws.
She leads them to a hidden subterranean entrance, but Vader and the Inquisitors come and begin harming innocent bystanders in order to entice Kenobi. While providing a distraction, Kenobi sends Leia and Tala ahead. Vader eventually confronts him, and using his Force-choke, he overpowers and burns Kenobi. Tala creates a distraction in order to save Kenobi, but Reva intercepts Leia.

Synopsis
After eluding Vader, Obi-Wan and Tala penetrate the Inquisitors’ stronghold on the ocean moon of Nur in the Mustafar system in order to save a captive Leia from the Third Sister’s interrogation. Obi-Wan discovers a vault full of preserved, dead Jedi that the Empire had taken during the incursion.
While they are successful in rescuing Leia, Tala’s cover is revealed, and they must fight their way out with the assistance of Roken and his guerilla forces.
Vader, angry by the Third Sister’s failure, tries to kill her, but she is spared when she reveals she has placed a tracker on the group. The tracker is shown to have been implanted in Leia’s companion droid, Lola, back aboard the ship.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is a Disney+ original television miniseries set in the Star Wars universe. It is part of the Star Wars universe, and it takes place 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III â Revenge of the Sith (2005). Ewan McGregor reprises his role as the title character from the Star Wars prequel trilogy.
The concept began as a spin-off feature to be written by Hossein Amini and directed by Stephen Daldry, but after the commercial failure of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) and the franchise’s subsequent turn to television, Amini rebuilt it as a limited series. In August 2019, McGregor was announced to star, while Deborah Chow was signed to helm a month later.
The series was set to begin production in July 2020, but it was put on hold indefinitely in January 2020 due to Lucasfilm’s dissatisfaction with the scripts. In April 2020, Joby Harold was hired to rewrite the series and act as showrunner, with Chow, McGregor, Kathleen Kennedy, and Michelle Rejwan serving as executive producers.
In March 2021, additional casting was revealed, with Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Jimmy Smits, James Earl Jones, and Hayden Christensen returning their prequel trilogy roles.
Filming began in May 2021 in Los Angeles and ended in September 2021, using StageCraft video wall technology. John Williams, the composer of the Star Wars films, composed the series’ main theme.
The first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi aired on May 27, 2022. The next four episodes will be released in weekly installments till June 22. The series has garnered mostly excellent reviews, including acclaim for McGregor’s performance, Chow’s direction, and the tone and graphics, however several plot points have been criticized.
Kenobi is in hiding on the planet Tatooine, watching over Anakin Skywalker’s son Luke, ten years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III â Revenge of the Sith (2005), when he is called on a mission to rescue Anakin’s daughter, Leia, who has been kidnapped by the Galactic Empire’s Jedi-hunting Inquisitors in a plot to draw Kenobi out. This results in a fight between Kenobi and Vader.
