Is Soldier Boy alive? All you need to know about Soldier Boy’s Death
Soldier Boy Death
The Boys has put their fans in a lot of quandary after the releases of the first three episodes. We cannot but ask the question: “Is Soldier Boy alive?” We really want to know about Soldier Boy Death. So, let’s ask the question:
Is Soldier Boy Alive?
According to Crimson Countess (Soldier Boy’s girlfriend), Soldier Boy was killed with a weapon made by the Russians. After supposedly killing him, they took his body with them. But the truth is that Soldier Boy may very much be alive and the circumstances surrounding his death begs the question.
Soldier Boy Death: Why Soldier Boy may be alive
Nobody really saw him die
Let’s ignore the “Is Soldier Boy alive” question and focus on Soldier Boy Death.
The truth is that no one really saw Soldier Boy die. According to Crimson, the Russians fired a weapon at him and this weapon may have neutralized but not killed him.
Soldier Boy Death is suspicious under the circumstance that crimson was not at all close to him to see him draw the last breath.
All she saw was someone who was unconscious and probably not dead. So, is Soldier Boy alive? Based on this theory, Soldier Boy may very much be alive.

The Russians took his body?
Although this may very much point to the fact that Soldier Boy is really dead.
But isn’t it very possible that they took his body because he was unconscious and they wanted to experiment with him?
The Russians were very much after the American Superheroes so they could make their own superheroes.
Therefore, the “Is Soldier Boy Alive” question can swiftly be answered by saying that he may be alive but he doesn’t have the same powers he used to have because he has been turned into a lab rat by the Russians.
Soldier Boy Death really raises some brow because the Russians could have killed him and just left his body. The easiest reveal may be that they wanted to experiment on his dead body.
But we all know that his dead body will not do them as much good as when he is alive. Therefore, this circumstance surrounding Soldier Boy death really answers the “Is Soldier Boy alive” question.

Are Superheroes Invincible?
Come to think of it, when Stormfront was severely dealt with by Ryan- Homelander and Becca’s son, we all legit thought she was dead.
Come Season 2 and we see that she is like a freaking vampire who has refused to die. Honestly, asking the “Is Soldier Boy alive” question here is even out of place because Stormfront had to kill herself.
It seems like most of the very powerful heroes made by Vought could not be killed unless they kill themselves. I mean, how do you kill someone like Homelander?
Even if they did lay their hands on the weapon that supposedly killed Soldier Boy, what are the chances that the weapon would do any good considering that Homelander seems far more powerful than Soldier Boy?.
Truth be told, Soldier Boy death does not defeat the “Is Soldier boy alive” question because he seems to be very invincible and it will take more than a lethal weapon to kill him.
The conclusion therefore is that Soldier Boy may very much be alive, but may be in the same condition as Stormfront was- powerless and paralyzed.
The bottom line is that he may really be dead, but this rules out a chance since Jensen Ackles stars almost throughout The Boys Season 2

Conclusion
Soldier Boy being alive is very possible because The Boys needs someone as powerful as Homelander to threaten him and fight him- not all the Butcher-endless-tantrums.

To Homelander’s dismay, Edgar offers Starlight, who is now publicly dating Hughie, co-captaincy of the Seven to help rehabilitate Vought’s reputation. Edgar also tries but fails to persuade Congress to approve V24, a new Compound V version that gives temporary enhancements.
Maeve meets with Butcher in secret, asking him to dig up Payback, a superhero squad whose popularity waned after the Seven was founded, and learn the truth about their leader’s death, Soldier Boy, in the hopes of discovering something that can kill Homelander.
She also hands him a number of V24 vials, which he considers using.
Hughie sees a man named Tony on his way out of work who claims to be Neuman’s best friend and addresses her as Nadia. Tony begs her to disclose the truth about “Red River” as he pursues them into an alleyway. Tony retaliates after she refuses, and she kills him, unconscious of Hughie’s presence.
Hughie goes to Red River, an orphanage for superpowered children, and duplicates its records while the Boys investigate Soldier Boy’s death. Crimson Countess, Soldier Boy’s widow, is confronted by Frenchie and Kimiko, but she flees, killing a bystander in the process.

When Stormfront commits suicide just hours before the celebration, he becomes even more agitated.

Butcher murders Gunpowder, enraged at the finding. Homelander erupts at his birthday party, enraged that Vought executives are attempting to control him and screaming that the world needs him because he alone is the “true hero,” in defiance of his prior credo.
The morning following Homelander’s enraged speech, it’s revealed that his approval ratings among rural white men have soared, prompting Vought officials to take a more passive approach to his behavior.
Homelander, ecstatic at his newfound freedom, sets out to disrupt Starlight, interfering with her decision to add two more members to the Seven.
Little Nina, Frenchie’s old lover, presses him to reveal Cherie’s whereabouts, which he denies. Mallory tells at her safehouse that, thanks to a deal struck between Vought and the CIA.
Payback was sent to Nicaragua to help Mallory and the Contra rebels battle a communist dictatorship, but the unprofessional superhero squad was wiped out when Nicaraguan military and Russian special operations attacked the camp.
During the battle, Russians wielding an unknown superweapon killed Soldier Boy and took his body with them. Mallory decided to battle the superheroes after blaming the loss on them, which led her to organize the Boys.
