Stanley Okorie “Billionaire” Lyrics

Lyricism

Skiibii Back to Sender Lyrics points to how he has gone through so many things that he just cannot but thank God for making him rise above those situations.

In fact, Back to Sender Lyrics by Skiibii explains that God has brought him so far because he knows that he has shed tears in both private and public places.

Skiibii Back to Sender Lyrics does not only thank God for the many prospects he has been blessed with, he says that thunder will fire anybody that hates him and says bad things about him.

Back to sender lyrics Skiibii

Again, Back to Sender Lyrics by Skiibii explains that God brought him out of the trenches and fulfilled his mother’s prayers as she has said he would be a superstar and everything points to that now.

Back to Sender Lyrics by Skiibii makes us recognize that the singer talks about how destiny has brought him to the points of stardom and not only can he reach it, he can experience it with all his heart and to see all the glory that is about to shine about him.

Skiibii does not disappoint as he points out the many things that people have done to him, which have been notoriously bad.

It would seem that Back to Sender Lyrics by Skiibii is centered on showing that while people may be there for you, no one can be there for you like God.

He says that if not for God, he would have been in situations that would have made him in extreme troubles or have landed him in troubles.

He says he has been backstabbed so many times and this has made him come to the conclusion that the only one capable of not letting anyone down is definitely God.

Relatability

This song is so relatable you always want to put it on. We all find ourselves in such situations that makes us discover that if God had not been there for us, we would have failed woefully because people can never be depended upon like God.

Skiibii back to sender  lyrics

It also reminds us that we should never put our trust in other people 100% because they are meant to be fallible. They can never be trusted to catch you when you fall, and there are pointers everywhere.

Delivery

Skiibii’s delivery on Back to Sender is so amazing. His delivery is powerful and we are here for the vocals! This song sounds like we want to put it on always because Skiibii delivers the song passionately.

“Soso” lyrics Meaning by Omah Lay {Fully Explained}

“Soso” lyrics Meaning by Omah Lay {Fully Explained}

Soso lyrics Meaning by Omah Lay

Based on popular demand. Here is Soso lyrics Meaning by Omah Lay Fully Explained

Omah Lay Soso lyrics Meaning {Explained}

Soso lyrics speaks mainly to Omah Lay’s pain and how it becomes almost impossible for him to explain why he is going through the things he is going through or why he is doing the things he is doing. Omah Lay does not hold back in showing that his involuntary actions come from a place of pain.

This is relatable in the sense that we are always at that point in our lives where we feel like everything is going wrong but there is just one person who gets us- someone that can take all the pain away- for Omah Lay- that person is Soso- Most likely a Woman- some sort of goddess or deity

Also, Soso lyrics meaning can be said to be about a lady who understands him so much that he asks her to take away his pains because he is tired of having them. Here, soso lyrics meaning may indicate that the lady may not necessarily be his lover but may be his mother because he mentions her name severally and says “maami”.

The reason for this is not far-fetched because when Omah Lay expatiates on how he has been in such a place that he can’t control himself again, he calls to the woman in question to come take away his pain because apparently, she has done it before and he is imploring her to come do it again.

Asake “Yoga” lyrics meaning {Explained}

Soso as a Deity/Goddess

Soso could also be a deity, and, infact, the music video of the song and the way Omah Lay uses the word “Soso” in the song implies that it has a very high chance of being about a deity whom Omah Lay calls out to to take away his pain and anguish

Here, Soso might not be a woman, and even if she were, she would be a deity or some type of goddess whom Omah Lay implores to take away all his pains so he could feel whole again.

That’s Soso lyrics meaning by Omah Lay

Top 100 Apple Music Nigeria Today | Top 10 Chart

Relatability

Soso is relatable because of the way Omah Lay channels his pain through this song. He unabashedly states that he has been in such a place that has brought him so much pain and he can’ explain why he is doing most of the things he is doing.

He even mentions that he cut off his dreadlocks and he can’ explain why. He cries so much because he is so pained and that’s why he calls on Soso to come share the pain with him and take the pain away.

Soso meaning omah lay

Also, Soso lyrics makes this song relatable. We all have that person that can take our pain away when we share it with them and that’s what Omah Lay implies with Soso.

Delivery

Omah’ delivery on Soso may not be the perfect one, but he definitely nailed the song in terms of making us feel what he is going through.

Lyrics: “I’ve been drinking more alcohol for the past five days”

Replay Value

Soso lyrics, as well as its extreme Relatability, makes Soso have a high replay value. First, the hook “Soso take my pain” is so catchy and has even been used in so many dance challenges both on Tik Tok and Instagram. So yes, Soso stands out.

Ayra Starr “Rush” {E dey Rush} Lyrics Meaning Explained

Ayra Starr “Rush” {E dey Rush} Lyrics Meaning Explained

E dey Rush Lyrics Meaning

Here is E dey Rush Lyrics Meaning by Ayra Starr

Rush Lyrics Meaning

According to Ayra Starr, Rush means that “Her cup is running over” as suggested in the bible.

Rush Meaning rests majorly on the fact that while people are obsessed with their own version of her life, Ayra Starr is on her path trying to do what she does best with her life.

The song talks about how people have dedicated themselves to pulling others down and measuring the amount of their success.

Reason behind Rush song by Ayra Starr

In an interview, Ayra Starr explained the reason behind the song as well as the meaning of the song:

I think the time when I made “Rush”, I made “Rush” with this amazing writer called Embryo, thank you Embryo for allowing me enter that space. When I wrote “Rush”, I was in a space where I was so unsure of myself, and I grew up a very confident person. Ehn! As a child, nobody could tell me anything! I’m telling you! I would be like

“I’m going to be a superstar”, and I would just like be that confident. And when “Bloody Samaritan” started blowing up, I was also entering a stage in womanhood also. So it was a lot. I was not with my family cuz I’m travelling around the world and everything.

Asake “Yoga” lyrics meaning {Explained}

So I was in a phase where I was very insecure, very unsure of myself, I wasn’t sure what I could do. I felt like everything I was was someone else’s idea and it wasn’t me. So I wanted to find myself, I wanted to find the real me. And that’s when I made “Rush” and it was my song. Like yeah, this is who I am, take it or leave it.

To be honest, I didn’t even want to release “Rush“. I was like “no, I want to do something like more like I want to talk about life, I want to do something singy with my vocals”, but then Jazzy was like this is the song and I was like “but I feel like I’m speaking too much pidgin”, I was so insecure about it. I had so many thoughts about it. But Jazzy, Tega, my A&R in general, they had so much confidence in this song. And just the confidence they transferred to me, I was like okay, if they’re so confident about this song then let me try it. And I did. From the first day, I’ve not seen one bad comment about “Rush” till now and it’s crazy.

To an extent, E dey Rush meaning by Ayra Starr presents the well known scenario of people stalking you and keeping tabs on you so they can measure your progress and see if you are making any progress in life whatsoever.

Based on E dey Rush Lyrics Meaning, these people get off on this because they want to know that you are not doing too well so they won’t feel miserable about their own lives.

However, according to Ayra Starr, when people check her life and try to measure her success and achievements, “E dey rush!” like an overflowing tap.

It never stops, and they need to know that, accept that fact and move on rather than trying to see when she will fail or when she will stop.

Rush lyrics meaning

There is also a part where we get that E dey Rush meaning by Ayra Starr provides an insight into her recognition of the fact that God has brought her this far and that she is indeed destined for something great.

It is indeed something great that people cannot understand or measure, so they should stop trying and focus on something else.

Meanwhile, Ayra Starr uses Rush to imply that if they can’t stop at all, then they can look and measure all they want but they will keep seeing the same thing and getting the same answers anyway- which is that her cup of blessings will always overflow no matter how much they wish it wasn’t overflowing.

According to her “Na God dey make my tap”

That’s what E dey Rush Lyrics Meaning mean.

Profile

Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe (born 14 June 2002), known professionally as Ayra Starr, is a Nigerian singer.

Born in Cotonou, Benin, Ayra Starr began a fashion career at the age of 16 with Quove Model Management before deciding to pursue music.

Having been raised in a music-loving family, her interest in singing comes mostly from her family. At the age of 10, she sang in a high school choir and began writing songs with her brother.

She attended Les Cours Sonou University and received a BA degree in international relations and political science.

Asake “Joha” Lyrics

During her college years, she was often bullied by her classmates because of her age and appearance. To counter the feelings she experienced from being taunted, Ayra Starr turned to music. “I would listen to Nicki Minaj on my way to school, and I’d feel like the second Nicki Minaj.

Ayra Starr’s mother was very supportive of her musical ambitions, and always encouraged her to pursue a singing career.

After covering several songs by popular artists on Instagram, she posted her first original song on her page in December 2019.

This brought her to the attention of record executive Don Jazzy, and led to her signing to Mavin Records.

In early 2021, Ayra Starr achieved mainstream recognition with her eponymous debut extended play and its hit track “Away” which spent two consecutive weeks at number four on Nigeria’s TurnTable Top 50 and went to number 17 on  Top Triller Global, paving the way for the release of her first full-length studio album, 19 & Dangerous in August 2021.

Categorized mainly as Afropop and R&B, the album has been met with favorable critical reception.

It spawned two top forty hits in Nigeria.

The lead single “Bloody Samaritan” peaked atop the Top 50 chart, becoming the first solo song by a female artist to reach the number-one position. Starr debuted on Pandora Predictions chart, and on 28 August 2021, she ranked number two on Billboard’s Next Big Sound

With the release of her debut eponymous EP, some critics felt that her vocal technique bore a striking resemblance to Tems’ musical style. In an interview with Cool FM, Ayra Starr spoke about comparisons to Tems:

“I’m a young artist and Tems is an amazing musician, for people to compare me to such an amazing musician, it’s a compliment and I’m honoured.”

Motolani Alake, in his review of the EP for Pulse wrote that “Ayra Starr isn’t exactly a replica of Tems, but when she manipulates her vocals to stress the final syllable on words, sentences and cadences by flexing her octaves, she definitely sounds like Tems.”

Alake also opined that both artists are different and that “Tems can be more alternative while Starr is more Nigerian and more Afropop with more lamba in her soul

Although musically diverse, Ayra Starr’s sound has predominantly been categorized as Afropop and R&B. Her voice has been described in the media as “silky”, “cozy”, “delicate”, “sturdy”, “arresting” and “soulful”, with music critics noting the dynamic nature of her range and emotional delivery.

Her lyrics are a mixture of English, Pidgin English and Yoruba, often exploring contemporary topics such as love, relationship, empowerment and freedom.

Song Theme

Mavin’s Overdose is a subtle reference to the fact that all of them on a single song is overdose itself.

Don’t get it wrong, they were definitely talking about wooing a lady. But there is a point where we get the reason behind the title of the song.

I mean what happens when Ayra Starr, Magixx, Crayon, Ladipoe and Boy Spyce come on a single song?
